I turned several years of market research and TradingView experiments into Python algorithms, then used an LLM to explain their output in plain language. The product is live and paid.

Tehran had plenty of opinions about local businesses and no dependable place to check them.
I shaped Vibe's roadmap, designed every customer and business flow, built the frontend from zero, and worked with the team on the trust and moderation systems needed before launch.

I rebuilt First Choice as a multilingual property platform and an internal operating tool.
The live product covers property discovery, qualified enquiries, multilingual publishing, and private staff workflows.

I took a multigenerational Tehran carpet business from an undefined online presence to a launched Persian storefront.
I led product strategy, catalog architecture, brand direction, Persian UX writing, interface design, frontend delivery, content standards, QA, and launch.

When internet access disappeared, I built the tool my company needed to keep working.
MRM is a self-hosted company messenger I scoped, designed, built, and deployed during the shutdown. Around 40 people used it until normal access returned.
How I work
The work changes by product, but my responsibility is consistent: create clarity, make the important calls, and keep delivery connected to the user and business outcome.
Clarify the user problem, business value, constraints, and the outcome the product should create.
Sequence bets, dependencies, and trade-offs so the team knows what matters now and what can wait.
Turn decisions into PRDs, user flows, interfaces, user stories, and acceptance criteria the team can act on.
Work directly with design, frontend, backend, and QA on API contracts, dependencies, risks, and implementation choices.
Lead critical-path QA, defect triage, release readiness, and post-launch review against product evidence and KPIs.
Experience
Leading discovery, a traceable PRD, architecture decisions, compliance constraints, KPI design, and a 5-epic, 58-ticket backlog for a voice-first AI lead-qualification platform.
Built and operated a live, monetized market-intelligence product across strategy, algorithms, UX, engineering, pricing, and production.
